Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.  Remember prices do not include sales tax.

 

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We must set up on grass (occasionally on hard floors but only smaller inflatables and if we plan in advance)

. WE DO NOT SET UP ON DIRT OR ROCKS.  

Q: What is your delivery area?

A: Free delivery in Wichita kansas.

$15 Delivery Fee for: Derby-Park City- Bel Aire- Andover- Maize - Goddard- Haysville-  - ( up to 25 miles from downtown Wichita ) 

 

Q: Do you supply the extension cords, tarps and accessories?

A:Yes, we supply everything needed for set up, the only thing we don't supply is the water hose needed for the water slides.

 

Q: Will the inflatables be clean?

A: Your inflatable will be clean .We take the time to clean and disinfect our equipment before every rental. 

 

Q: Do we have to keep blower running the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we prefer an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Cord runs of over 100' can pop your circuit breaker.

 

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. There are several around Wichita which do have electricity  If you want to set up at a park with no electricity,  you will need a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

RENTAL TIME FOR PARKS IS ONLY FOR UP TO 4 HOURS

 

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A:  No cancellation fees, we just ask that you please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Q:Rain and wind policy

A:We wait until that same morning to decide if we need to cancel, you could wait and see, or cancel at any time. If we see that it is going to rain for sure, unfortunately we would have to cancel. If there is a slight chance of rain, it will be your call if you want us to set up the inflatable, we will contact you on the morning of your event . we only charge you if we actually do set up, if it does rain the inflatables would have to be unplugged. No refunds after we setup 

On windy days, up to 20mph wind is ok, between 20mph-30mph it depends where we are setting up, above 30mph we do not set up any inflatables. Most of our inflatables come with open top, which makes them safer for moderate winds.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. damage caused by unsupervised children) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
